MANGO Agency ("we", "us", "our") is a talent management agency specializing in content creator growth and monetization. It is operated by AG MEDIA PRO LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, founded in April 2025. Wyoming filing ID 2025-001664576. 2. Information We Collect

We collect information that you voluntarily provide when you:

• Submit an application through our website form (name, email, social media handles, current metrics)

• Enter into a service agreement with us

We do not collect personal information automatically through cookies or tracking scripts beyond basic analytics provided by our hosting provider (Vercel).

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties except:

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. We never require access to your platform credentials. Account management is conducted through secure, authorized employee access systems (e.g., Infloww).

6. Data Retention

Application data is retained for up to 12 months if you do not become a client. Client data is retained for the duration of the service agreement and up to 24 months after termination for legal and accounting purposes.

1. Services

MANGO Agency provides content creator management services including but not limited to: chatting operations, marketing strategy, traffic generation, performance tracking, and operational optimization. All services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over.

2. Application Process

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to decline applications at our discretion. The application process includes an evaluation call to determine mutual fit and align on objectives.

3. Account Ownership

Clients retain 100% ownership and control of their accounts at all times. MANGO Agency operates as an extension of your brand, never as the owner. To connect the account to our CRM, the creator types her own login herself on a video call with us, so MANGO does not receive her password; only if she prefers to share it is it done differently. We recommend she turns on two-factor authentication (2FA) on her own phone, so she always keeps access and can change her password or revoke our access at any time. After the connection, our team works through the CRM. The service agreement forbids MANGO from changing the password or any access without the creator's knowledge and express authorisation, and on termination MANGO immediately hands back every login, access and control. MANGO has no access to her payouts.

4. Compensation

Our compensation model is performance-based. The standard split is 50/50 of net revenue: what OnlyFans pays out after its 20% platform fee, never gross fan spend. On $10,000 of fan spend, OnlyFans pays out $8,000; the creator keeps $4,000 and MANGO $4,000. The creator is paid by the platform (OnlyFans) into her own account, and MANGO has no access to her payouts; after that, MANGO sends her an invoice for its 50% of net revenue twice a month, on the 1st and the 16th. The service agreement puts this split in writing together with the payment schedule, and any exception to it must also be agreed in writing. For the chatting-only service, where MANGO handles only the chatting, MANGO's share is 20% to 30% of net revenue, also agreed in writing.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time, without any minimum notice period; outstanding invoices are settled on termination. Upon termination, we provide a documented handover of all systems, data, and processes. There are no long-term lock-in contracts.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding financial data, strategies, content, and any proprietary information shared during the collaboration.

Results presented on this website are based on data from projects managed by MANGO Agency and are not guaranteed. Growth outcomes vary depending on multiple factors including content quality, audience engagement, market conditions, and creator participation.
