Does MANGO need your OnlyFans password?
Last reviewed: · By Aitor González Rivera, Founder & CEO
Short answer
No. To connect your account to our CRM, you type your own password yourself on a short video call with us, so MANGO never receives it.
Two-factor authentication stays on your phone, the contract forbids MANGO from changing your password or any access without your express authorisation, and everything is handed back the moment you leave. Sharing your password is never a requirement.
How the connection works
- 1
Turn on 2FA on your own phone
Before anything else, we recommend switching on two-factor authentication in your OnlyFans security settings, on your own phone. That way no one can log in to your account from a new device without you.
- 2
Join a short video call with us
We connect your account together, live, so you can see every step.
- 3
Type your own email and password
On the call, you type your OnlyFans login into our CRM's connection screen yourself. MANGO does not receive it and never asks you to send it.
- 4
Confirm any check on your phone
If OnlyFans asks for a verification code or another security check, it comes to you, and you complete it.
- 5
Our team works through the CRM
From then on, our chatters and managers work inside the CRM: they reply to your fans and run your paid messages without ever needing your login.
What the contract says
- MANGO may not change your password or any access without your knowledge and express authorisation.
- When the collaboration ends, MANGO immediately hands back every login, access and control, and keeps no remote access unless you authorise it in writing.
- MANGO has no access to your payouts: OnlyFans pays you directly into your own account, and MANGO invoices its share afterwards.
If you prefer to share it
Sharing your password is never a requirement. A few creators who already have 2FA on their phone prefer to hand it over instead of doing the video call: that is always their choice, and the contract protects them in exactly the same way.
Either way you stay in control: you can change your password whenever you want, and end the agreement at any time with no minimum notice.
Ask any agency about your login
- Who types my password: me, or you?
- Is two-factor authentication on my phone or on yours?
- Does the contract forbid you from changing my password or my access?
- What happens to my access on the day I leave?
- Can you move my earnings, or only see the figures?
Everything else you should check: is MANGO a legit OnlyFans agency?
Do I have to give MANGO my OnlyFans password?
No. You type it yourself on a short video call to connect your account to our CRM, so MANGO never receives it. Sharing it is never a requirement: only if you prefer to hand it over is it done differently.
Can MANGO change my OnlyFans password?
No. The contract forbids MANGO from changing your password or any access without your knowledge and express authorisation.
What happens to my account access if I leave MANGO?
MANGO hands back every login, access and control immediately and keeps no remote access unless you authorise it in writing. You can leave at any time, with no minimum notice.
Can MANGO withdraw my OnlyFans earnings?
No. OnlyFans pays you directly into your own account and MANGO has no access to your payouts. MANGO sees your revenue figures so it can report on them, and sends you an invoice for its share on the 1st and the 16th.
What is a CRM and why does MANGO use one?
A CRM is the software agencies use to manage an OnlyFans account's chats. It lets our chatters reply to your fans in shifts, around the clock, and track what each fan buys, all without working from your login.
Is two-factor authentication really necessary?
We strongly recommend it. With 2FA on your own phone, no one can log in to your account from a new device without you, which is why it is the first thing we suggest you switch on.
Your account stays yours.
