Mangova Agency provides management services for content creators on the OnlyFans platform, including but not limited to:

• Fan engagement and chatting management.
• Social media marketing and promotion.
• Content strategy and scheduling guidance.
• Revenue analytics and performance tracking.
• DMCA monitoring and content protection.
• Personal branding support.

The specific scope of services for each creator is determined upon mutual agreement during the onboarding process.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Provide accurate and truthful information in your application.
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

4. Application Process

Submitting an application through our website does not guarantee acceptance into our program. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion. We aim to review all applications within 24 hours of submission.

5. Revenue Model

Our standard revenue model is a transparent split between the creator and the agency. The specific terms, including the revenue split percentage, payment schedule, and related conditions, are detailed in a separate management agreement signed between Mangova Agency and each individual creator upon acceptance.

No fees, charges, or payments are required to apply or be considered for our services.

6. Creator Obligations

Creators who enter into a management agreement with Mangova Agency agree to:

• Provide original content in accordance with agreed-upon schedules and guidelines.
• Maintain exclusivity with Mangova Agency for OnlyFans management services, as specified in the individual agreement.
• Not distribute paid content through unauthorized channels.
• Comply with the OnlyFans Terms of Service at all times.
• Communicate any concerns or issues promptly through agreed channels.

7. Intellectual Property

All content created by the creator remains the intellectual property of the creator. Mangova Agency is granted a limited license to use, distribute, and promote this content on behalf of the creator within the scope of the management agreement.

The Mangova Agency brand, website design, logo, and all related materials are the property of Mangova Agency LLC and may not be used without written permission.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business information, including but not limited to earnings data, business strategies, account credentials, and personal information. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.

9. Account Access

Creators maintain full ownership and access to their OnlyFans accounts at all times. Any access granted to Mangova Agency is for management purposes only and can be revoked by the creator at any time, subject to the terms of the management agreement.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the business relationship in accordance with the terms specified in the individual management agreement. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately in cases of:

• Material breach of the management agreement.
• Distribution of content through unauthorized channels.
• Violation of OnlyFans Terms of Service.
• Fraudulent or illegal activity.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mangova Agency LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our website or services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid to Mangova Agency in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific earnings or results. Past performance of other creators does not guarantee future results.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mangova Agency LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your content, or your violation of these terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the state of Wyoming.

15. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
